Second, you have guys who is taking your orders from the table as during covid, you can not order drinks on the bar (which is shows how professional this Casino). Which I can say is shows how professionally you are! Big bonus for her!!! And one time I did forgot to entry my car plate number, so I got fine, but Margaret sort that in few minutes. She is key to this Casino!!! She is so nice to every single customer. She is most wonderful receptionist I ever meet (been work in hospitality for a 10 years). She have kind of blue hair and black face mask (sometimes works on the bar too). Big shout ti Margaret! I think thats her name. But thats good, as during covid virus they need to be extra careful. Brilliant guy! Very friendly and manner lad! Second, reception working so well (just loads people forgetting them membership cards so it taking a bit time to check on the system.
